We are hiring Inspectors to support our growing team in Maryland. Various locations of positions include Eastern Shore, Central Maryland and Western Maryland. Education, years of experience and current certifications dictate salary level.
Position Summary:
The Inspector will be responsible for ensuring contractors’ compliance through reviewing, interpreting, and enforcing plans and contract documents for efficient and timely inspection of the contractor’s work and shall:

The Construction Inspector qualifications for this role include the following:
• Mid-Atlantic Region Technician Certification Program (MARTCP)
o Concrete
o HMA (Asphalt)
o Soils & Aggregates (Including Nuclear Gauge)
o Pavement Markings
• Sediment and Erosion Control
o Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) Responsible Personnel Certification (RPC), formally called Green Card
o SHA Erosion and Sediment Control Yellow Card (when on SHA ROW)
• Temporary Traffic Control Manager
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety
